Entry Level Human Resources/Accounting Clerk

Our client a New Jersey based national law firm is seeking an entry level Human Resources/Accounting Clerk for its Bergen County office. This position is a temp to perm opportunity. Candidate will be shared between the HR and Accounting departments working on a part-time basis for both departments. Ideal candidate should be able to work with discretion and be capable of handling confidential information. Proficiency in Excel and Word as well as basic accounting functions. Must be energetic, ambitious, and able to work both on a team and independently.

• Entry level
• The candidate would be shared between our HR and Accounting Depts.
• The candidate would need to be confidential as they may have access to sensitive documents (i.e. salary information, personnel information, American Express statements, client/vendor bills, etc.
• Proficient in Word and Excel with basic accounting functions
• Light to moderate lifting will be required

The hours are 9am-5pm.
