Job responsibilities include handling commercial real estate closings and closing tasks as needed, trust funds, and preparing closing binders and paperwork. Candidate should also have knowledge of:

• Out Sales
• Deeds
• Easements
• Memorandum of Lease
• Tenant estoppels
• Able to review and analyze title searches
• Settlement statements
• All commercial real estate closing tasks

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree
• Paralegal certificate (preferred but not required)
• Between 2 and 3 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
• Knowledge and understanding of leases
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Extremely detailed oriented
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines

Our Financial Advisory client is adding a key junior to their team. This individual will support the Chief Compliance Officer and the General Counsel in a dual role. If you are a recent college grad having graduated from a top college or university and with a 3.5 GPA or higher or have recently graduated and have 1-2 years of investment banking or compliance experience under your belt, this is a fabulous opportunity for you to make the jump and explore this role.
