Our client a busy abstract company is seeking a junior level residential real estate paralegal. Ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of real estate law experience. Great job for someone with a little experience who wants to learn title work. Candidate will learn how to prepare documents for residential real estate closings. Candidate should have excellent communication skills and be proficient in MS Office Suite. 4 year degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required.

LITIGATION PARALEGAL – To $90,000 DOE

DESCRIPTION:
Our well-known New York law firm client is growing! As result of the incoming work, they need to add an experienced litigation paralegal to perform all of the traditional paralegal tasks including e-filing with Federal and State courts, maintaining the litigation calendar, assist with filings, preparation for depositions, etc. Other duties include providing litigation support, including handling all aspects of e-discovery and processing data, loading it into summation, assisting attorneys with document review, assisting in coordinating electronic discovery productions from clients and producing documents electronically from Summation. You will also work with outside e-discovery vendors when they are engaged.

Summation
Relativity + other similar platforms

DESCRIPTION: Midtown NYC law firm seeks an International Arbitration Paralegal. Must have a College degree and 5 + years prior experience at a major law firm as a Paralegal preparing domestic and international arbitrations and court related proceedings. Must have experience coordinating trial/arbitration logistics and familiarity with key arbitral institutions such as the AAA-ICDR, ICC, and/or ICSID. Must be a team player and a great attitude.

REQUIREMENTS

...Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and a passion for the legal profession.

...Must have prior experience preparing domestic and international arbitrations and court related proceedings.

…Must have prior experience and expertise with: Concordance, LiveNote, CaseMap, Relativity, Cite-Checking, Lexis/Nexis,Westlaw and Adobe Acrobat.
