Our client, a regional law firm with offices in NJ, PA, and NY has an immediate opening for an experienced Medical Malpractice Litigation Paralegal for their Bedminster, NJ office.  Qualified candidate must possess three to four years’ experience in medical malpractice litigation and strong communication skills.  Qualified candidate must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.  A Certificate in Paralegal Studies from an ABA approved organization is also required.  Salary is commensurate with experience. Must have experience coordinating trial/arbitration logistics and familiarity with key arbitral institutions such as the AAA-ICDR, ICC, and/or ICSID. Must be a team player and a great attitude.

Our global law firm client needs to hire two (2) corporate paralegals to join their highly regarded team of corporate paralegals. Candidate must have related work experience from a well-known and well-respected large law firm. Candidates must have Bachelor's Degree and have had formal law firm experience handling various types of corporate work. Candidates should be familiar with general corporate work including maintenance of corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and limited liability partnerships and be able to perform an array of tasks including establishing corporate names, obtaining the EIN, preparing organizational docs, registration forms, minute books and capitalization tables. Should be familiar with liquidations and dissolution, gathering closing materials and attending pre-closings and closings.
