Workers Compensation Paralegal to $60K DOE

Our client a regional law firm with 100 plus attorneys with offices in PA, NJ, and NY has an immediate opening for a full-time workers’ compensation paralegal for its Philadelphia, PA office. Qualified candidate must possess at least three years of experience in PA workers’ compensation defense law, time entries and billing experience to meet daily billable hour’s requirement. Qualified candidate must also have strong organizational skills; have initiative and strong communication skills. Qualified candidate should be able to work independently and be able to handle all files from beginning to end and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required. A Certificate in Paralegal Studies from an ABA approved organization or a bachelor’s degree is also required.

CORPORATE SECURITIES PARALEGAL
Immediate Hire – Comp. $80K- $95K DOE

DESCRIPTION: If you are a Corporate Paralegal with three plus years of experience, looking for a great company who offers generous benefits and fifteen minutes from San Francisco, then I have the right opportunity for you! A medium sized law firm serving the NYC Metropolitan Area is seeking a highly motivated bilingual paralegal for its matrimonial/family law practice in White Plains, New York.

Responsibilities include:

  • • Assisting attorneys with the preparation and filing of family court petitions, summons & complaint, answers and motion practice.
  • • Assisting attorneys with requesting and reviewing discovery documents.
  • Organizing and tracking cases status and assisting in the management of attorney court appearances, calendars and client matters.
  • Completing client intakes, interviews and providing friendly customer service.

Must have at least 4+ years prior experience at a major law firm, online lender, credit card company, financial institution and/ or a state regulator's office. The candidate will assist the compliance team with requirements arising out of the consumer lending operations in the federal and state regulator's office. Trading Documentation Paralegal/Specialist. Responsibilities include:
• Support, review and implement final execution of transactional agreements and related documents.
• Organize and file relevant legal documentation into legal document management system and record information in proprietary electronic databases
• Assist in all aspects of new fund launches and account trading documentation onboarding and act as liaison with firm-wide onboarding teams

Midtown law firm seeks an experienced Securities Corporate Paralegal in pre/post IPO matters, including registration statement numerical backup spreadsheets, Section 16, Rule 144, transfer agent on-boarding, stock exchange applications, FINRA, CTR mailings, selling stockholder matters, closing documents, closing volumes and post-IPO transfer opinions.
