PARALEGAL – RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE – HOURLY RATE DOE 
IMMEDIATE HIRE –DOWNTOWN LAW FIRM 

DESCRIPTION: Our client is looking to hire a Paralegal with experience in Residential Real Estate – primarily Condos and Co-ops to fill in for their injured Paralegal. Will be preparing contracts, closing statements, . leases, and closing documents. They will be conducting co-op closings, do research on websites of NYC Dept of Finance and Dept of Buildings, ACRIS etc. The firm represents both buyers and sellers of Condos and Co-ops. Will need to order and review due diligence, title reports, and lien searches.

REQUIREMENTS;
Experience in Condo and Co-Op closings
Prepare contracts, leases, closing statements
Research skills for tax purposes and due diligence using websites of NYC Departments of Finance and Buildings
Sage time slips
QuickBooks
All Microsoft applications
Emailing, phones scanning and copying

Experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
Immediate Hire - $70,000 - $80,000

Experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal needed to participate in all tasks leading up to closing large commercial real estate transactions. Candidates need to be experienced with the corporate paralegal duties needed to work on these deals and must be thoroughly familiar with UCC's, preparing consents, operating agreements, closing binders, operating agreements, etc. Additionally, candidates must have experience with post-closing work. Candidates must be able to work independently and have excellent technical skills along with the ability to take a standard document and update it so that it flows into the current transaction. Candidates must be hardworking and interested in growing with the firm.

Our client, an elite mid-town boutique law firm needs to hire an experienced and exceptional junior to mid-level Litigation Paralegal/Case Manager. The firm is involved with both commercial litigation and serving the public interest handling groundbreaking litigation cases. They have varied well-known clients. They are looking for a very capable, litigation paralegal who will report to and work with the director of Case Management. Must be able to work independently as well as be an effective team member. One must be smart and driven with excellent writing, proofreading and editing skills. Must have the ability to handle all files from beginning to end and meet deadlines. Candidate should be well-versed in preparing for trial and arbitration, handling document reviews, preparing for depositions and more.

Our client, a Midtown law firm in NYC, is looking for a Plaintiff's Mass Tort Paralegal with at least 3+ years of Complex Civil Litigation experience. Must have prior experience drafting various legal documents, case management, monitoring client intakes, assisting with E-discovery, and trial preparation. The ideal candidate must also have experience with E-filing in New York and New Jersey Courts, as well as Law Base and Concordance. Our client a regional law firm with 100 plus attorneys with offices in PA, NJ, and NY has an immediate opening for a full-time workers’ compensation paralegal for its Philadelphia, PA office. Qualified candidate must possess at least three years of experience in PA workers’ compensation defense law, time entries and billing experience to meet daily billable hour’s requirement. Qualified candidate must also have strong organizational skills; have initiative and strong communication skills. Qualified candidate should be able to work independently and be able to handle all files from beginning to end and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required. A Certificate in Paralegal Studies from an ABA approved organization or a bachelor’s degree is also required.
