A Downtown Real Estate Investment Company is looking for a Transactional Real Estate Paralegal. Ideal candidate will have 4-10 years’ experience and provide support for real estate transactions including assisting in all aspects of acquisitions and dispositions, financings, reviewing title and survey, preparing closing documents, drafting and analyzing real estate documents including lease, lease amendments, tenant estoppels and SNDAs, managing and responding to tenant default letters and seeking lender consents. The candidate must be able to work in an open, collaborative environment and deal with frequent requests and competing priorities. The ideal candidate will be professional, engaged and flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet rigorous deadlines. Candidate must have advanced skills with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint and the ability to quickly master a variety of software platforms and electronic filing systems. A Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certification or equivalent combination of experience and education is required.
