Title & Survey Real Estate Paralegal

Our client is adding a Title & Survey Real Estate Paralegal with specific commercial industry experience. If you are currently working in an AmLaw top 100 firm and have this type of commercial real estate experience, this is a great opportunity for you to consider. Our client is looking for an experienced paralegal to manage the tile, zoning and survey review process for large commercial real estate transactions. Candidates must have experience reviewing and summarizing title insurance commitments and underlying exceptions; must have experience negotiating title insurance policies and endorsements; must understand plats and surveys; be familiar with recordable loan documents; ability to review zoning reports; summarize UCC, judgments, tax, litigation and other lien searches and much more.

The candidate must be highly organized and detail oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, attorneys and clients.
